I want a salad bar in my home. One very similar to Ruby Tuesdays’.
I want chef’s to maintain it with fresh, cold salad fixin’s 10 hours a day.
Romaine lettuce, spinach, baby greens. Diced hard boiled eggs. Red onions, peas, shredded carrots, cucumbers. Kidney beans and chick peas. Ranch dressing.
I really really appreciate a salad made by someone else. Someone other than me chopping vegetables and washing them. Someone other than me mixing up the dressing.
I guess if the chef was really hot (can Rick Springfield cook? chop? wash?) the fantasy could take a completely different spin.
